The extensive selection spans the globe, encompassing renowned regions, producers, and vintages - many sourced from large format bottles. To complement these exquisite wines, Sticks & Stones offers a curated menu of international delicacies, ranging from pungent cheeses to aged Japanese Wagyu sausage, Iberico Bellota Ham, Rillette of Pheasant, Hare, or Boar. The experience begins with a glass of bubbly paired with a Seafood specialty like Lobster Cream with Cognac or Cedar-smoked sushi-grade white Sardine filets. Alongside these offerings are olives and other flavorful accompaniments. Two signature dishes stand out: Burgundian Oeufs en Meurette or Confit Duck Cassoulet a la Toulouse, and for a touch of casual flair, Street Food-style Mexican Elotes.
