Larkspur Landing Hotel Ann Arbor is an all-suite, extended-stay property at 2300 Green Rd on the city’s northeast side. Guests choose it for practical comforts: an indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi and easy on-site parking, all a short drive from the University of Michigan’s North Campus.
The hotel belongs to the Larkspur Landing collection, a group of 12 extended-stay hotels that has expanded from Northern California and the Pacific Northwest into the Midwest. Across the brand, suites include full kitchens with full-sized refrigerators and stovetops, separate sleeping and living areas, smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi. On-site laundry is also standard, according to the brand’s property pages. These features suit visiting researchers, relocating professionals and families who need more than a standard room. Expect a quiet, residential atmosphere rather than a lively lobby scene. The indoor pool gives kids a year-round outlet through Michigan winters.
Visitor Highlights & Practical Info
Rates and availability tighten sharply on University of Michigan football Saturdays, at commencement in late April and early May, and during July’s Ann Arbor Art Fair. Book well ahead for those dates, or plan midweek stays in summer for better value. Green Rd sits close to Plymouth Rd and US-23, which makes it easy to reach North Campus, Michigan Medicine facilities and Domino’s Farms. Downtown Ann Arbor and Kerrytown are about a 10-minute drive away. Extended-stay guests should ask about weekly rates. Because brand amenities can vary by location, confirm current suite features and pool hours directly with the hotel before arrival.
