Galbi. is a Korean restaurant in Suite E at 9772 Garden Grove Blvd, on the stretch of Garden Grove Boulevard that anchors Orange County’s Korean dining scene. As the name says, the menu centers on galbi, Korea’s marinated short ribs, and that is the reason people come.
Galbi is the dish to order. The short ribs are typically marinated in soy, garlic, sugar, and Asian pear, then grilled until the edges caramelize. The kitchen also cooks other Korean barbecue favorites, and bibimbap is a filling option for anyone who wants rice, vegetables, and egg in one bowl. Online feedback is still limited. The restaurant holds a 5-out-of-5 score on Restaurant Guru, but that rating comes from a single review, so treat it as an early signal. Its Yelp listing was updated in September 2026 and shows the suite address.
Visitor Highlights & Practical Info
Published hours vary between listing sites, so call +1 714-261-5509 before you go to confirm hours and ask about wait times. Korean barbecue spots along this corridor fill up on Friday and Saturday evenings. For a calmer meal, go at lunch or early on a weekday evening. Families and larger groups should share several grilled meats and add a bibimbap or two for the table. The restaurant sits in a strip-mall suite, so look for the “Ste E” signage. Parking is usually in the shared lot out front.
