La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Manteca – Ripon is a limited-service hotel at 1524 W Colony Road in Ripon, the small San Joaquin County city between Manteca and Modesto. It sits close to State Route 99, which makes it a practical overnight stop for road-trippers, visiting families, and business travelers working in the Central Valley.
The property follows the La Quinta by Wyndham formula. Rooms are clean and contemporary, and the free breakfast typically includes waffles, coffee, and grab-and-go items. There is also a fitness center for early workouts. The outdoor pool is the main draw for families during the Valley’s long, hot summers. Most La Quinta locations accept pets for a fee (source: [Wyndham Business](https://www.wyndhambusiness.com/brand/la-quinta/)), so confirm this hotel’s pet policy before you arrive. Guests rate it 4.2 overall and often mention quiet rooms and helpful front-desk staff.
Visitor Highlights & Practical Info

Getting around: Modesto and Manteca are both a short drive along Highway 99, and Stockton is roughly 20 miles north. Driving is essential because local transit is limited.
Booking tips: Book directly through Wyndham Rewards for member rates. Call ahead to confirm breakfast hours and pool hours, since both can vary by season.
