75 Rockefeller Plaza is a 33-story Midtown office tower on the private street that runs north from Rockefeller Center between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, at West 51st and 52nd Streets. Though listed as a shopping destination, it is mainly a business address. Visitors come for its postwar architecture, its members-only hospitality floors, and a growing lineup of ground-floor dining.
Completed in 1947 as the Esso Building for Standard Oil, the limestone-clad tower continues the restrained modernism of the original Rockefeller Center complex. It later served as headquarters for Warner Communications. Owner RXR has since repositioned it, and its office floors are nearly fully leased, according to the New York Post. Inside is Club 75 by Convene, a members-only work and social club with a private restaurant, bar, lounge, art gallery and boardrooms (Convene). In December 2025, the building signed Jack D’s Steakhouse, an open-flame restaurant of nearly 9,000 square feet.
