Museo River sits inside Estadio Monumental, the home ground of Club Atlético River Plate, and traces the club’s history through trophies, shirts, and interactive displays covering more than a century of Argentine football.
Beyond a standard museum ticket, visitors can add a short guided walk through part of the stands or a longer 45-minute tour that includes the locker room, players’ tunnel, and pitch-side access — a rare look inside one of South America’s largest stadiums.
The museum is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with guided tours running until roughly 5:45 p.m.; access is suspended on days the first team plays at home, so it’s worth checking the match calendar before visiting.
