The tower is generally open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with final admission at 9:00 PM, though on weekends and public holidays it opens earlier at 9:00 AM; hours can shift seasonally, so checking the official site before visiting is worthwhile. The Tembo Deck costs around ¥2,100 for adults on weekdays (about ¥200 more on weekends and holidays), while a combo ticket covering both decks runs about ¥3,100. Booking online in advance is cheaper than buying at the 4th-floor counter, which adds a service fee.
Sunset and the transition into the city’s night lights are the most popular times to be on the deck, so early evening tickets sell out first.
